Environmental threats and shortages of raw materials and energy sources have a negative impact on both people and the environment. For this reason, we must all do everything technically and financially possible to minimise our environmental impact and promote sustainable development.
ACAB's environmental policy is based on:
- Swedish legislation and permits as minimum requirements.
- promoting processes and developing products that reduce environmental impact, for example by saving material and energy.
- annual review and follow-up of clear, relevant environmental targets.
- prioritising environmentally responsible suppliers.
- environmental transparency towards employees and external players.
- publicising in our marketing material the savings in energy and raw materials made possible by composite products
- continuously making improvements that minimise the negative environmental impact of our processes, products and services
