Filament winding is a rational, cost-effective method for manufacturing tubular components. Our manufacturing processes are fully automated and highly repetitive. All fibre types can be used, and there are virtually limitless possibilities for tailoring the end product's characteristics.
METHOD
Epoxy-impregnated fibre is wound onto a rotating mandrel. The end product's characteristics are controlled by varying the winding angle. After the fibre has hardened, the mandrel is removed and the part is ready for further processing.
